After feeling this unavoidable need to network and climb social ladders in the industry, but not being able to see where on earth the joy is in being someone you're not. I wanted to get to know the people that I could see would be a positive impact on my life, and not get to know those who I could see wouldn't, not putting up' with those people just to make connections.
